About Our Pet Resort

If you’re going on a trip or just to work for the day we are here for you and your Pet! All guests regardless of room choice, size, or shape will receive four walks per day in our fenced outside play area and plenty of fun activities during their stay. We also provide plenty of plush bedding for all of our guests. You can bring your Pet’s favorite toys and belongings to help them feel right at home! Our bedding and blankets are complimentary and we provide housekeeping multiple times per day. Our main goal here at Swift Creek Pet Resort is to keep your furry friends happy and safe!

Our Reservation Policies

Vaccination Policy

For the safety of our guests we require all Canine guests to be vaccinated for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, H3N2/H3N8 Flu vaccines, and Bordatella/Canine Cough. Feline guests are required to have the Rabies, Distemper and FVRCP vaccine.

Both cats and dogs MUST provide proof of a clear internal parasite test completed within the past year. If you’re in need of any vaccines, testing or other veterinary services the Animal Hospital is right down the hall!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged a $37 cancellation fee.

Dog Boarding

For our guests that love to be pampered, we offer multiple room options to suit every Guest’s needs!

Add Individual or Group Play to your Pet’s Stay for $11.00 per day!

Medication Administration: $4 per dose (we DO NOT administer insulin)

Photo & Text Update: $5.50

Resort Food: $2 per meal

We strongly recommend providing your pet’s regular diet, pre-portioned, to avoid any kind of GI related issues. Swift Creek Pet Resort serves Purina EN, which is a premium veterinary diet.

A Convenience charge of $15.00 will be charged for all check-ins and pick-up outside of normal Pet Resort Lobby Hours.

Canine Cabins

For Guests under 25 lbs. we offer our Canine Cabins. A secure and comfy room with plenty of plush bedding to keep every guest comfortable and cozy!

Canine Suites

Guests 25lbs and over will love our Suites! Private, spacious rooms with fluffy beds, plenty of blankets and lots of love!

Luxury Canine Suites

Guests staying in our Luxury Suites will enjoy a room with a view, plenty of extra space to stretch and lounge, large raised beds, and the most luxurious bedding we offer!

Dog Daycare

Designed for your social Pets who love to make friends – Doggy Daycare includes Playtime in our fenced-in outdoor play area and a room to relax in during the day!

For our more “People-Oriented” Guests, a private room, multiple potty walks, room service, and up to 3 meals are provided in addition to one-on-one play sessions with one of our Team Members!

Cat Boarding

Kitty City has spacious cat condos with a designated private area to store their litter away from their sleeping and resting place. Select condos offer a window view, so they can meow at the chirping birds and watch the squirrels as they play. For those who require a larger space we offer our Suite that can house 2 or more cats!
