There are many optional services before and during anesthesia that can ensure the highest level of safety and comfort for your pet. In an effort to offer the highest level of care possible, we have put together those options below for your review and decision. As a pet owner you have a right to know about these options, and the decision is ultimately yours to make about their care.

Laser Surgery: ($55.00 simple procedure, $115.00 advanced procedure) Carbon Dioxide lasers cauterize the blood vessels and shrink nerve endings as they cut, resulting in less bleeding and decreased pain sensation at the surgery site. The doctors at Swift Creek Animal Hospital feel that laser surgery in most cases, is a better option than a traditional scalpel.

| AVID Microchip: ($50.00) Implanted with a needle injection between the shoulders, this chip can be scanned for its number and traced back to you within hours from a shelter or veterinarian. This fee includes lifetime registration.
